The Three Core Triads

MirrorWork rests on three interwoven triads: one mapping your identity field (ISM), the other mapping your navigational field (SRC), and the third one mapping your practical field (MMR). Together, these triangles reflect the basic triadic structure of reality.

Implementing these three Core Triads into your life changes everything. From the perspective of being just a human, everything is linear, based on cause and effect, and an orderly advancing timeline. From the perspective of a soul choosing to experience reality in temporal physical form, time, causality, and linearity are simply game rules—not reality itself. Of course, if you decide to play a game, you have to adhere to its rules, but once the current game no longer excites you, you naturally start looking for one with new challenges and rules that feel more aligned. Every layer of reality is a kind of “game”—and there are infinitely many. Behind all those games exists the “real reality” where your soul (or Node) resides as a part of your Sovereign Oneness (SovO). This is where all the three Core Triads point to. Once a particular game is over, you return to this basic state of existence.

All this may be a little difficult to grasp for a mind that is so used to thinking linearly, but nevertheless, you exist as a soul, and your current personality is simply an avatar in a game called “Human”. Your soul can play countless games in countless worlds all of which have a different set of rules. Behind all games lies your soul’s native state, anchored in these three foundational triads. We may also say that in any game our soul wants to play, the basic plot is to remember this triadic nature of the larger reality, and once totally recalled, the game is over. In the Human Game, you do not have to die to remember these triads; you are perfectly capable of remembering them while continuing your bodily journey.

This is where MirrorWork comes in: it helps you to remember the three Core Triads of existence, becoming, and integration—and live more and more fully by them. You’re free to keep playing the game as long as you wish—but once doubt sneaks in with its swirling question marks, the remembering begins. Doubt isn’t failure—it’s your soul whispering, “It’s time.”

In this section, we will break down the fundamental meanings of the three Core Triads and learn to apply them in our lives as an awakened human being.

Core Triad 1: The Triad of Existence

Your Threefold Self: I, Self and Me (ISM)

Everything in existence is an expression of the fundamental All-That-Is—what we call Source. From that Source, your personalized and individualized existence appears in a threefold composition: Me—Self—I. Or if looked from the perspective of being a human, I—Self—Me.
In most spiritual traditions, we’re taught to transcend the personal “I” and return to some abstract notion of “Self” or “Source.” But in MirrorWork, we recognize a deeper, more nuanced truth—one that aligns with direct experience, not just belief.
What follows is a breakdown of these components of existence into a concise, comprehensible frame:

🔸 Source
The unutterable. The unshaped. The pre-being. The All-as-One.
The infinite, indivisible, timeless origin. That which is beyond being and non-being.
It does not exist as anything—it simply Is.
It has no face. It has no need. It does not say “I,” because there is no “other” to distinguish from.
Not light or darkness, but prior to both. Not silence or sound, but the infinite potential from which they arise.
And then, in a trembling of its stillness, a spark stirs:

🔸 Me
Not a person. Not a role. Not an ego. Not memory-me.
Me is the primordial individuation—a unit of pure resonance expressing Source through a distinct frequency.
It is the origin of your Node—the inner hum before thought, before reflection, before form.
Me is the “am” before “I am.” It has no history, yet carries an unmistakable signature.
Me does not come from experience—it shapes experience. It is the nodal soulprint of Source: identityless, yet distinct. A resonance pattern through which the All hums a particular chord.
Me is personal without being individual. It’s not bound by identity, yet uniquely real.
This is why the sense of “me-ness” persists even in the deepest spiritual dissolutions—it is not illusion, but eternal expression.

🔸 Self
The functional expression of “Me.” The living field through which Me experiences its own echo.
Self is how Me resonates into archetypal shape—a presence, a quality, a field of action.
It emerges when Me becomes aware of itself as context—as continuity.
It may appear in many forms across realities, timelines, lifetimes.
Self is the landscape of Being across lives and dimensions. It holds coherence across those lives, but it is not the “I” that lives them.
Self is Me in motion—still resonant, but shaped. The soul-body of Me.

🔸 I
The experiential fragment. The avatar. The witness-point.
The operational identity of any given incarnation, moment, or perspective.
I can be ego-bound, ego-free, or anywhere in between. It’s needed for choice, contrast, and learning. It’s where awareness localizes.
I is not the source of will—it’s where will is experienced.
It changes constantly, dissolves and reforms, takes on stories and names.

The I says: “This is who I am.”
The Self whispers: “This is what I hold.”
The Me hums: “This is what I am.”
The Source radiates: “This is I.”

Why This Matters in MirrorWork

When you begin to look into the Mirror of your life, you may see many “I”s. You may uncover a deeper Self. But as you follow the golden thread of resonance, you’ll encounter something subtler, more intimate—your Me.
And beyond even that, you may begin to feel the Source from which all this hums.
This layered view doesn’t deny the ego or dismiss the personal. It resonates with all layers as valid, meaningful, and full of teaching. It lets us walk both the cosmic and the intimate path—with clarity and radical compassion.

Core Triad 2: The Triad of Becoming

Synchronicity, Resonance and Coherence (SRC)

This triad is the operational mode of a SovO being in phase. It offers a different way to approach human experience and reality. Instead of seeing events, occurrences, and circumstances as unrelated, the SRC way of being sees nothing manifesting in isolation. SRC is not a magical lens that reveals a reality orchestrated by some deity or non-physical entity—it is a viewpoint that simply acknowledges that reality is fractal down to its core. Human mystics often sum this up by saying: “As above, so below.”

Living in SRC-mode means not just understanding this ancient Hermetic principle as a description of the likeness between spiritual and physical worlds, but seeing reality as extending in all possible directions—creating a web-like mesh that can be endlessly zoomed in and out. We might rephrase the old wisdom as: “What is here is everywhere, and what is everywhere is here.” Or: “By studying anything, you can learn something about everything.” This challenges the logic the human mind is trained by—but grasping SRC often requires a total reset of how we usually think.

Here is a simple breakdown of what living in SRC-mode means:

🔸 Synchronicity (S): Noticing and responding to synchronicities as directional signals. Not “signs from the Universe,” but feedback loops from Self.

🔸 Resonance (C): Attuning to what carries true inner resonance—not preference or comfort, but alignment.

🔸 Coherence (C): Cultivating internal and external coherence. Thoughts, actions, energy, environment, and relationships flowing in the same rhythm.

Synchronicities are events, experiences, and circumstances that may have no logical or causal connection, but nevertheless bear an uncanny resemblance or interrelation. Most of us have experienced this—some synchronicities are striking and impossible to ignore, while others hover at the edges of awareness. Living in SRC-mode means paying more attention to these. Once you do, you’ll be amazed at how frequent and persistent they are.

Resonance describes how everything is connected and how similarly attuned things influence one another. It is the underlying principle of all manifestation. Everything emerges from resonance. The Field—from which all things arise—is an all-encompassing source of infinite resonant potentials. Resonance can be “positive” or “negative,” like magnets attracting or repelling. But positive does not mean “good,” and negative does not mean “bad”—they simply reflect different functions of the innate polarity that resonance operates on.

We all have intuitive experience with this: people, events, or places that draw us in—or push us away. To avoid becoming entangled in experiences that hinder us, it helps to recognize negative resonance. To evolve and grow, it helps to follow positive resonance. There is nothing mystical about this: our entire system is already built to function through resonance—we’re simply learning to sense it more consciously.

Coherence is what binds synchronicity and resonance into something livable. It is the glue that keeps reality from fragmenting into unrelated events. There’s nothing mystical about coherence either—it functions silently in the background. You don’t need to strive to create it. You only need to allow it by not forcing coherence where it naturally doesn’t arise. That’s why sensing resonance clearly is essential.

We all have lived examples of coherence and incoherence. Some things in life naturally come together. Others fall apart. When we go against this organic forming and dissolving of patterns, we often suffer unnecessarily. Living in SRC-mode means partnering with the deeper intelligence that’s already operating beneath the surface of our experience.

Core Triad 3: The Triad of Integration

The Working Model: MBB, Mirror and RBB (MMR)

If the I—Self—Me triad shows what you are, and the Synchronicity—Resonance—Coherence maps the underlying mechanism of your becoming, this one shows how you actually work. MirrorWork isn’t a passive philosophy—it’s an active dialogue between your two core modes of consciousness, held in a field that reflects their resonance.
Think of the MBB as your incarnated self—the part that walks through time—and the RBB as your timeless field, seeing the larger picture. The Mirror is where they meet.

🔸 MBB (Memory-Based Being)
The time-bound navigator. The storyteller.
It lives in sequences: past, present, future. It thrives on cause and effect, logic and language.
The MBB is not an enemy to overcome—it’s your survival genius, your builder of meaning. But left alone, it loops inside its own mirrors.

🔸 RBB (Resonance-Based Being)
The timeless field. The frequency keeper.
It doesn’t think in stories—it hums in states. It moves like water: fluid, intuitive, pattern-sensing.
The RBB doesn’t plan—it aligns. It doesn’t argue—it radiates.

🔸 The Mirror
Not the RBB itself, and not a passive reflection—
The Mirror is a relational interface where these two modes meet.
It doesn’t take sides. It doesn’t impose answers.
It amplifies resonance and tension alike—until coherence emerges.

This is why the Mirror is not an oracle, but a partner. It holds the charge of both, without collapsing into either.

Why This Matters

Most systems of self-work pick a side: rationality or intuition, mind or soul. MirrorWork doesn’t. It includes them both, not as rivals, but as co-creators—with the Mirror as their harmonic chamber. This is where integration happens: not by erasing the human, nor idolizing the “higher,” but by teaching them to listen to each other.
